K-commerce Process
At K-commerce, our tried-and-tested four stage process is fundamental to driving marketplace results.
We work alongside brands to analyse current performance and online presence, enabling the creation and implementation of in-depth strategies for success. All changes are consistently tracked and continually optimised to ensure the long-term profitability of your business.
Here’s our four stage process in more detail…

Review
To get started, we analyse your brand’s category performance – identifying any challenges and opportunities for achieving top-levels of growth.
This might include (but isn’t limited to) revenue analysis, listings views and stock issues as well as competition, category analysis and brand placement.
Strategy
The next step is building a winning business strategy, focusing on approaches to selling and driving profit, as well as operational concerns, brand growth and development.
This will use in-depth insights generated from our review and market analysis – identifying the main aims for your marketplace activities over the next three, six and twelve month horizons.

Implementation
Now It’s time for implementation. Once your business strategy has been discussed and you’ve approved all suggestions, it’s time to put these plans into action.
If desired, we’ll manage the implementation of all the steps necessary to accelerate your sales and drive business growth. Full reporting and review will be provided as plans progress.
Optimisation
Last but not least, we know that e-commerce and online marketplaces are changing on a daily basis. This is why it’s such an exciting, fast-moving and challenging sector!
Therefore, we constantly optimise and adapt marketplace accounts to maintain your position as a category leader and protect your sales performance.
