Category Analysis

A tea brand wanted to gain a comprehensive understanding of their overall category, including, market size, competitors, and latest trends. Using third party tools (Helium10, JungleScout, DataHawk and Keepa), we were able to provide a comprehensive analysis, including previously unidentified competitors and customer search terms.

A vitamin and supplement brand required advice on both market and product positioning to identify which categories they should target their products. Utilising category size and customer traffic insights, we mapped which company products had the most likelihood of achieving profitable success.
Brand Performance Analysis
An established brand in the beauty sector wanted to increase traffic for the listings on Amazon marketplace. Utilising a 12-month view of traffic and conversion analysis, we were able to identify the product listings with the most potential and create an action plan to optimise the titles, bullet points, images and specifications in order to increase their organic ranking on Amazon. This increased both sales and conversion rate.

Amazon Advertising Strategy

A skin care brand felt their Amazon advertising strategy was underperforming but didn’t understand why. We conducted a full advertising review and analysis and proposed a new campaigns structure, budget recommendation and keyword analysis to optimise the brand’s advertising performance and achieve healthy ACOS. Three months after implementing the recommended strategy, the brand’s advertising revenue increased 17%, while ACOS decreased to 20%.
